Garden City has been established. A comprehensive fee schedule to recover the city's costs to provide specific services to customers.

Like other local governments, the city derives a portion of its operating revenue from service fees, which helps offset the City’s incurred costs. The City periodically reviews and revises the fee schedule to ensure that our rates for service provision correlate with the City’s cost to provide the service.
